Our firm members have become specialists in developing effective designs for physician office suites. We have completed approximately 400 projects of this type, ranging from primary care clinics to specialty suites. Many of our projects include an ambulatory surgery center or procedure suites as a component of the design.

CRGA Design partnered with Greater Baltimore Medical Center to lead the renovation of the physician’s pavilion family care extension. CRGA’s extensive knowledge in the design of Family Care Centers, along with our long-standing relationship with GBMC, aided in bringing our client’s vision of a modern, warm, and welcoming patient-centered space to life. This project involved the renovation of interior tenant space in Pasadena, Maryland. The renovated space includes four providers, seven exam rooms (including one radiology exam room), a blood draw lab, and administrative and support spaces. See project.

This project utilized Lean design to consolidate multiple specialties into one suite in the Belcher Pavilion, located on Anne Arundel Medical Center's Annapolis campus. Their Multi-Specialty practice brings together Cardiology, Diabetes & Endocrine, Neurology, Neuropsychology, and Palliative Medicine into one 17,000 SF suite. See project.

The Greater Baltimore Medical Center Orthopaedic Specialists of Maryland Suite was awarded the ABC Excellence in Construction award in 2019. This project included new exam rooms, office spaces, a lobby and an X-Ray room where new imaging equipment was installed. See project.

After participating in a week long LEAN workshop where the current state of GBMC's Family Care Associates practice was evaluated and the ideal state was envisioned, CRGA developed a space that eliminated patient waiting, introduced a self-rooming concept, and built a collaborative workflow among the patient care team.
